Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring community development and empowerment programs (PPM) to ensure programs are aligned with community needs, company objectives, and applicable requirements.

• Develop program frameworks and community development strategies using Logical Framework Approach (LFA).
• Prepare Terms of Reference (ToR) as technical guidelines for the implementation of PPM programs.
• Conduct community needs identification and stakeholder mapping to support effective program development.
• Develop program implementation timelines, activity plans, and priorities.
• Prepare and manage program budgets/RAB in accordance with approved plans and requirements.
• Coordinate and implement PPM programs in communities in accordance with approved ToR and work plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments, community representatives, local stakeholders, and relevant institutions to ensure smooth program implementation.
• Monitor program implementation, progress, and utilization of resources against established plans.
• Prepare program documentation, activity reports, and implementation updates for management.
• Support evaluation of program effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Communication, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CSR, Community Development, Community Relations, or PPM.
• Experienced in developing and implementing community development/CSR programs.
• Familiar with LFA, PRA, and Stakeholder Engagement is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Willing to work at site and engage directly with local communities.
• Preferably domiciled in South Sumatra or willing to be based at site.
