QMS Supervisor
Job Description:
Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Company's Quality Management System (QMS). This role serves as a key liaison across departments to ensure business processes are standardized, effective, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives. The incumbent will drive process improvement initiatives, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, support internal audits, and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and internal standards.
- Manage the preparation, review, revision, standardization, and control of company procedures, work instructions, forms, and other management system documents.
- Conduct business process mapping, analysis, and evaluation to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness, efficiency, and overall business performance.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment, integration, and standardization of business processes across the organization.
- Monitor compliance with established procedures and management systems while promoting a culture of quality and accountability.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Utilize quality management and problem-solving tools such as PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, and 5 Why Analysis to support improvement programs.
- Analyze operational and management system data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to management for decision-making and performance enhancement.
- Support change management initiatives by facilitating communication, collaboration, and adoption of improved processes throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS), Business Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System principles and implementation.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, maintaining, and controlling management system documentation.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, process improvement methodologies, and organizational effectiveness.
- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement tools such as PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Why Analysis, and CAPA.
- Experience in conducting internal audits and monitoring corrective action implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence positive change within the organization.
- Experience in mining, manufacturing, or ISO-certified organizations will be an advantage.
