• Provide strategic legal advisory on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, including licensing, permits, and compliance within mining, port, and infrastructure operations
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including vendor, supplier, consultant, leasing, procurement, and service contracts
• Ensure full compliance of business activities with applicable laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks across operations
• Prepare and manage bilingual contracts (Bahasa Indonesia and English) aligned with business objectives
• Monitor and assess legal risks, delivering proactive and practical solutions to support business continuity
• Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external legal counsel to support licensing and operational requirements
• Maintain well-structured legal documentation and support dispute resolution processes when required

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in mining, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors
• Strong understanding of Indonesian legal framework, particularly in mining, port operations, and corporate compliance
• Proven capability in contract drafting, review, and negotiation in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and sound legal judgment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
