Responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable web, backend, and mobile applications while supporting system integration, performance, security, and continuous improvement.

• Lead and Develop the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of web applications using Next.js.
• Lead and Develop the development of backend services and APIs using Golang, NestJS, and Laravel, including RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and gRPC.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of Android mobile applications using React Native.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Design application architecture, database structures, and system integration strategies.
• Optimize application performance, database performance, and system scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, software engineering best practices, and security guidelines.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to developers through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical discussions.
• Plan technical implementation, estimate development efforts, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Repositories and Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Oversee application deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support on Linux servers using Docker and AWS infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to software architecture, development processes, DevOps practices, and application quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading technical projects, mentoring developers, or supervising software development activities.
• Strong experience developing frontend applications using Next.js.
• Strong experience developing backend applications and APIs using Golang, including RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and gRPC.
• Strong experience developing backend applications using NestJS, Laravel, and PHP.
