Responsible for overseeing and controlling civil infrastructure projects to ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved technical specifications. The role coordinates with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to monitor project progress, maintain quality standards, and provide accurate reporting to support management decision-making.

• Monitor and control project execution to ensure progress aligns with the approved schedule, budget, and project objectives.
• Review construction methods, technical drawings, and contractor work plans to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain project performance.
• Monitor construction quality, HSE compliance, and contractor performance throughout project execution.
• Review and verify project progress claims, supporting documents, and work completion prior to payment processing.
• Prepare project reports, progress analysis, and recommendations for management to support project delivery and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project Control, Site Engineering, or Project Management within mining, port, infrastructure, or heavy construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, construction methods, quality control, and HSE requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6, and Microsoft Excel for project scheduling and reporting.
• Experience in civil infrastructure projects such as retaining walls, conveyor systems, ports, jetties, haul roads, or mining facilities is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a site-based environment with a roster work system.
