Responsible for leading hydrocarbon operations, ensuring safe and efficient fuel management, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing technical guidance to support uninterrupted mining operations.

• Lead and supervise daily hydrocarbon operations to ensure activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with operational targets
• Monitor fuel receiving, storage, distribution, and consumption processes to ensure accuracy and accountability
• Provide technical guidance and operational support to hydrocarbon personnel in daily activities
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE standards, and applicable regulations related to fuel and hydrocarbon management
• Monitor fuel inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain uninterrupted operations
• Conduct inspections of fuel facilities, equipment, and storage areas to ensure operational readiness and reliability
• Investigate and report fuel losses, discrepancies, or operational issues, and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and provide updates to management
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, HSE, and other related departments to support business continuity

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hydrocarbon, fuel management, logistics, or mining support operations, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of fuel receiving, storage, distribution, inventory control, and hydrocarbon handling procedures
• Good knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices related to fuel management and hazardous materials
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in preparing operational reports and analyzing fuel consumption data
• High attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to operational excellence
• Willing to work in a site-based environment with roster system
