Hauling Road Maintenance Foreman
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hauling Road Maintenance Foreman to oversee hauling road maintenance activities and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable road conditions to support mining operations.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise contractors and vendors involved in hauling road maintenance projects
• Ensure road construction and maintenance activities are executed according to approved designs and operational standards
• Conduct routine inspections and schedule necessary repair and maintenance works
• Monitor daily operational activities and provide regular reports to supervisors
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently maintained in the field
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hauling road maintenance or related field operations
• Strong understanding of road maintenance, construction standards, and heavy equipment operations
• Able to read and interpret road design drawings and technical plans
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Disciplined, proactive, and willing to work in a site-based environment
• Committed to safety and operational excellence
