Responsible for managing end-to-end land legal administration, ensuring the legality of land ownership, certification, licensing, and land rights transfer processes to support the company's mining and infrastructure projects.

• Review and analyze land ownership documents to ensure legal compliance and clear land status.
• Manage end-to-end land certification, title transfer (balik nama), and land registration processes with the National Land Agency (BPN).
• Handle legal documentation related to land acquisition, licensing, and transfer of land rights.
• Coordinate with Notaries/PPAT, BPN, local government agencies, and other external stakeholders to facilitate land legalization and certification.
• Verify land data, boundaries, ownership, and supporting documents to minimize legal risks and future disputes.
• Maintain accurate legal records and prepare reports related to land administration and licensing activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in land legal, land acquisition, or property legal matters, preferably in mining, infrastructure, plantation, or property industries.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian land regulations, land certification, licensing, and land rights transfer processes.
• Experienced in coordinating with BPN, Notaries/PPAT, and government institutions.
• Strong analytical, documentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple legal documents simultaneously.
