We are seeking a highly capable Mine Plan Engineer to support the delivery of efficient, sustainable, and well-structured mining operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production targets are achieved through robust planning, strong analytical capabilities, and adherence to Good Mining Practice.

• Develop and oversee mine plans to ensure production targets are achieved in line with Good Mining Practice
• Prepare weekly mine designs and forecasts to support operational planning and execution
• Analyze and report variances between weekly production plans and actual outcomes based on survey data
• Ensure mine planning incorporates environmental considerations and minimizes operational risks
• Support the development of overall mining operational plans and activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mine planning, preferably in coal operations
• Proficiency in mining software (e.g., Minescape, Surpac, or similar)
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and environmental compliance in mining
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and well-organized
