PT UCoal Sumberdaya is inviting experienced finance professionals to join our team and play a strategic role in driving financial discipline and operational efficiency across our business.

In this role, you will lead cost control initiatives, oversee financial performance, and provide high-impact analysis to support decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strong financial governance, optimize cost structures, and contribute to sustainable business growth.

• Execute finance control functions with a focus on cost management.
• Develop and implement cost efficiency and improvement initiatives.
• Review all financial transactions in line with the approved cash flow budget.
• Identify and analyze unusual or non-recurring costs.
• Provide recommendations to enhance the performance of the Finance Department.
• Analyze cost fluctuations and propose cost-saving alternatives.
• Monitor AR/AP team performance in payment execution processes.
• Prepare monthly financial activity reports.
• Develop and implement financial procedures in line with company policies and regulations. Collaborate with all departments to support management reporting and financial analysis, including coordination in transaction reconciliation processes for month-end reporting. Ensure cost control is maintained in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (such as CPA or CFA) will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in the mining or energy industry, with prior managerial experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning to identify improvement opportunities and cost efficiencies.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams, provide clear direction, and foster collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial insights to stakeholders.
• High level of accuracy in reporting and strong attention to detail in financial data management.
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Solid understanding of taxation, accounting standards, and financial regulations relevant to the mining industry.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks.
