Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and recruitment administration to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements across UCoal Sumberdaya and its business units, while maintaining a positive candidate experience and accurate recruitment records.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from manpower request, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessment, reference checking, offering, and pre-employment administration.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, talent databases, referrals, and other relevant recruitment channels.
• Review and screen CVs based on job requirements and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and provide structured candidate assessments and recruitment recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases, recruitment trackers, recruitment status, and hiring documentation.
• Monitor recruitment progress, aging, and SLA against manpower requirements and proactively follow up on outstanding recruitment processes.
• Prepare recruitment reports, hiring updates, and relevant recruitment analytics for management.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes, including psychometric assessments, medical check-ups, reference checks, and employment documentation.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a professional candidate experience.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives through job advertisements, career events, talent pool development, and other recruitment activities.
• Ensure all recruitment activities and documentation comply with company policies and applicable HR procedures.
• Support other HR activities and administrative matters as required.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably in mining, infrastructure, construction, heavy equipment, or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Strong recruitment sourcing and screening skills with the ability to identify qualified candidates efficiently.
• Excellent recruitment administration and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data management, tracking, reporting, and basic recruitment analytics.
• Good understanding of basic HR practices, particularly recruitment, employee administration, employment processes, and HR policies.
• Strong communication, interviewing, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, responsive, and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to work with recruitment targets, deadlines, and SLAs.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS, recruitment platforms, or digital recruitment tools is an advantage.
