HRGA Supervisor

Job Description:

Responsible for leading Human Resources and General Affairs functions to support business operations by aligning HR strategies with company objectives, ensuring effective people management, regulatory compliance, payroll administration, HRIS management, and efficient site facilities and general affairs services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and workforce planning aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, performance management, employee development, payroll administration, HRIS, and personnel administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and industrial relations best practices.
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and strategic recommendations for Management.
  • Supervise General Affairs operations, including site facilities, accommodations, transportation, security, and office administration.
  • Coordinate with department heads to support manpower planning and operational requirements while fostering employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
    • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position, preferably in mining, infrastructure, construction, or heavy industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, payroll, HRIS, performance management, and industrial relations.
  • Experience managing General Affairs functions, including facilities, assets, accommodation, transportation, and security.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS applications.
  • Willing to be based at site with a roster work system.
