Responsible for fostering strong relationships with communities and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, safe, and sustainable business operations.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities, government authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Support effective communication between the company and surrounding communities to ensure smooth operational activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address community-related issues and maintain a conducive operating environment.
• Monitor public concerns and provide recommendations to support stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Assist in resolving community issues and promoting constructive relationships with external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on community relations activities and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Social & Political Science, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Community Relations, External Relations, Public Relations, or Government Relations, preferably in the mining, infrastructure, or energy industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience engaging with local communities, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Able to handle community issues professionally while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
• Willing to work in a site-based environment with a roster system.
