Mine Operation & Production Supervisor
Job Description:
Responsible for supervising daily mining production activities to ensure operations run safely, efficiently, and in line with production targets and operational standards.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily mining operations, including excavation, loading, and hauling activities
• Ensure operations are carried out in line with mine plans, production targets, and HSE standards
• Coordinate with related departments to support smooth operational activities
• Prepare operational and production reports, while identifying improvement opportunities for better efficiency
• Lead, monitor, and develop team performance in the field
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mining operations, preferably in supervisory roles
• Strong understanding of open-pit mining operations and heavy equipment activities
• Good knowledge of HSE standards and mining operational practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational reporting skills
