Responsible for supervising and controlling assigned mining activities in the field to ensure operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with instructions, procedures, and HSE standards, in order to achieve production targets and maintain proper mining sequence.

• Supervise daily mining activities in the assigned area in line with instructions from the Supervisor.
• Ensure all operations comply with established SOP and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
• Monitor the execution of mining sequence to ensure alignment with the approved plan.
• Control and direct operators and field workers to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure proper utilization of heavy equipment in accordance with operational needs.
• Identify unsafe conditions and take immediate corrective actions in the field.
• Report daily production activities, issues, and progress to the Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the working area.
• Coordinate with related teams on-site to support smooth operational activities.

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mining operations, preferably in a foreman or field supervisory role.
• Basic understanding of mining operations and sequence.
• Familiar with heavy equipment operations in mining areas.
• Good understanding of HSE/K3 standards and their implementation in the field.
• Strong supervision and team coordination skills.
• Disciplined, assertive, and able to work under operational pressure.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willing to work in site (remote area) with roster system.
