This role is responsible for leading and managing hauling road maintenance to ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and long-term road reliability.

• Identify damaged areas on hauling roads and determine repair priorities.
• Develop periodic road maintenance schedules based on operational needs.
• Ensure proper drainage functionality and supervise the use of heavy equipment during maintenance activities.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain road safety standards and transportation efficiency.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on road maintenance activities.
• Provide long-term improvement recommendations to enhance the quality and reliability of hauling roads.

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in mine road maintenance or a related supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of road construction standards, drainage systems, and the use of heavy equipment for maintenance.
• Ability to perform field inspections and analyze repair requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, team coordination, and good communication skills.
• Willing to work in a mining site environment with a roster system.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and committed to workplace safety.
