Responsible for leading Procurement and Logistics activities, ensuring the timely availability and delivery of operational requirements, managing vendor relationships, and supporting efficient supply chain operations in line with company objectives.

• Lead and supervise daily Procurement and Logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, purchasing, and delivery monitoring.
• Ensure the timely availability of materials, spare parts, equipment, and operational supplies.
• Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation arrangements and delivery of goods to site and office locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure procurement activities meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare procurement and logistics reports and recommend process improvements to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Logistics, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, contract negotiation, and logistics coordination.
• Experience managing the delivery of goods, transportation arrangements, and operational logistics.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in the mining industry is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/Procurement systems.
