Lead and oversee end-to-end IT operations and technology development across corporate and mining environments, covering IT infrastructure, networks, applications, software development, IT support, cybersecurity, and technology projects. The role is responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions that support both business and mining operations.

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT operations, infrastructure, applications, software development, and IT support across offices and mining sites.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, standards, and technology roadmaps aligned with business and operational requirements.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud environments, connectivity, endpoints, databases, and business applications to ensure availability, performance, and security.
• Provide technical direction for software development, system integration, application architecture, APIs, databases, and technology solutions.
• Ensure effective IT support and service delivery across mining sites, remote locations, and operational areas.
• Lead critical incident resolution, preventive maintenance, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Ensure effective cybersecurity, access management, data protection, and IT compliance across the organization.
• Lead IT projects from planning and budgeting through implementation, deployment, and evaluation.
• Manage IT vendors, procurement, licensing, hardware, software, infrastructure, and technology assets.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the IT team, including developers, infrastructure, and IT support personnel.
• Establish IT SOPs, technical standards, documentation, and service management practices.
• Collaborate with business units, mining operations, vendors, and technology partners to deliver effective and sustainable IT solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Manager, Assistant IT Manager, or equivalent managerial role, preferably in mining or related industries.
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, software development, applications, and IT support in operational or remote-site environments.
• Strong understanding of networking, servers, operating systems, cloud, connectivity, endpoints, databases, and IT operations.
• Good understanding of software development, programming, APIs, system integration, and application architecture, with the ability to review and discuss technical solutions with developers.
• Practical knowledge of at least one programming language and ability to understand source code.
• Good understanding of SQL, database management, backup, cybersecurity, access control, and data protection.
• Experienced in IT project management, budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and technology asset management.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management, incident management, change management, and business continuity.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance business needs, technical requirements, security, operational priorities, and cost efficiency.
• Willing and able to support IT operations in mining and remote-site environments.
