Responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee development, and engagement initiatives to build a high-performing workforce aligned with the company's growth objectives.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent
• Design, implement, and evaluate learning & development programs aligned with business needs
• Identify training needs and develop employee competency development initiatives
• Develop and facilitate soft skills, leadership, and employee engagement programs
• Drive company culture internalization and employee development strategies
• Monitor recruitment and training effectiveness through data analysis and regular reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment, Learning & Development, or People Development
• Strong skills in interviewing, talent assessment, training management, and employee development
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with a data-driven mindset
• Experience in mining, heavy equipment, or related industries is an advantage
