Job Description:
Responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee development, and engagement initiatives to build a high-performing workforce aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent
- Design, implement, and evaluate learning & development programs aligned with business needs
- Identify training needs and develop employee competency development initiatives
- Develop and facilitate soft skills, leadership, and employee engagement programs
- Drive company culture internalization and employee development strategies
- Monitor recruitment and training effectiveness through data analysis and regular reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment, Learning & Development, or People Development
- Strong skills in interviewing, talent assessment, training management, and employee development
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with a data-driven mindset
- Experience in mining, heavy equipment, or related industries is an advantage
