Responsible for driving the company's Performance Management System, ensuring effective KPI implementation, objective performance evaluations, and talent development initiatives aligned with business objectives.

• Cascade corporate KPIs into measurable departmental and individual performance targets
• Manage and monitor the end-to-end performance appraisal cycle, including target setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations
• Ensure performance assessments are objective, consistent, and data-driven
• Develop KPI dashboards and performance reports to support management decision-making
• Identify competency gaps and collaborate with Training & Talent Management teams on employee development and succession planning
• Maintain and continuously improve the company's Performance Management System and KPI framework

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Performance Management, Organizational Development, or related HR functions
• Experience in mining, heavy equipment, or related industries is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI management and performance evaluation systems
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
