Responsible for managing payroll administration, employee database, attendance records, and employment documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll processing in accordance with company policies and government regulations.

• Maintain and update employee records, including permanent, contract (PKWT), and daily workers.
• Prepare employment contracts (PKWT), contract extensions, and maintain personnel documentation.
• Monitor and reconcile attendance, overtime, and working hours through the HRIS (Sunfish) and prepare monthly payroll reports.
• Process employee registration and updates for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan through eDabu and SIPP Online.
• Support payroll processing by ensuring employee data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Ensure HR administration complies with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Payroll Officer or HR Payroll Administrator.
• Experienced in payroll administration, employee database management, and HR documentation.
• Familiar with HRIS (preferably Sunfish), eDabu, and SIPP Online.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to work independently, collaboratively, and under tight deadlines.
