We are seeking a highly driven Plant Maintenance Supervisor to lead and optimize maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety across all activities.

• Supervise and direct Group Leaders and mechanics to ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards and procedures
• Monitor and control daily maintenance work, including planning and prioritizing tasks for the subsequent shift to ensure operational continuity
• Ensure the quality of all maintenance and repair works through thorough final inspections prior to unit release
• Analyze maintenance issues and provide effective, timely, and practical solutions to support smooth plant operations
• Oversee the implementation of maintenance processes and ensure achievement of performance targets (quality, time, and cost efficiency)
• Ensure the availability and proper use of safety equipment in accordance with HSE standards
• Monitor workforce attendance, discipline, and overall team productivity (Group Leaders and mechanics)
• Ensure readiness of tools, manpower, and spare parts prior to maintenance activities to minimize downtime
• Coordinate with related departments to support maintenance planning and execution
• Prepare and review maintenance reports, including work progress, issues, and recommendations for improvement

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in plant/heavy equipment maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy equipment/plant machinery
• Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
• Familiar with safety standards and procedures in industrial/mining environments
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments
• Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Willing to be placed in site with roster system
