Job Description:

Responsible for implementing and monitoring HSE programs across hauling road construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor HSE programs and procedures across project activities.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and monitor corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with PPE, work permits, and safe work practices.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings for workers and contractors.
  • Support incident investigation and prepare HSE reports.
  • Coordinate with project teams and contractors to improve safety performance.
    • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE/Safety, preferably in infrastructure, construction, mining, or heavy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and safety management systems.
  • Experienced in handling contractors and field-based project activities.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work at project/site location.
