Responsible for managing community relations and stakeholder engagement to ensure harmonious relationships between the company and surrounding communities, supporting safe and uninterrupted business operations.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities, government authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Handle community issues, conflicts, and complaints to support smooth operational activities.
• Facilitate effective communication between the company and stakeholders during operational and project activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve community-related issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Monitor community concerns and recommend engagement strategies to minimize operational risks.
• Prepare reports on community relations activities and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Law, Social & Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Community Relations, External Relations, Public Relations, or Government Relations, preferably in mining, infrastructure, or construction industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling community issues and coordinating with local government authorities is preferred.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic site-based environment.
• Willing to be placed at site with a roster work system.
