Job Description:

Responsible for conducting routine field patrols and inspections to identify unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and potential hazards throughout hauling road construction activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily safety patrols across hauling road construction areas.
  • Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and potential hazards in the field.
  • Monitor worker, equipment, and contractor compliance with HSE requirements.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices.
  • Immediately report safety violations and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Document daily patrol findings and submit safety reports to the Safety Officer.
    • Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Safety Patrol/HSE, preferably in construction, mining, or infrastructure projects.
  • Good understanding of basic HSE practices, hazard identification, and safety inspections.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working predominantly in the field.
  • Firm, observant, disciplined, and proactive in identifying safety hazards.
  • Good communication skills and able to work effectively with workers and contractors.
