We are seeking a highly capable External Relations & Community Affairs Supervisor to support the development of our infrastructure and hauling road operations by maintaining strong relationships between the company, local communities, and external stakeholders.

• Manage and resolve community relations issues and external affairs matters related to company operations
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities, government authorities, and other stakeholders
• Act as a liaison and mediator between the company and surrounding communities, particularly during land acquisition and infrastructure development activities
• Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving processes to support operational continuity
• Handle crisis situations and community-related issues in a professional and strategic manner
• Ensure all external engagement activities are conducted in alignment with company policies and social responsibility standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Law, Social & Political Science, Public Relations, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in external relations, community development, or stakeholder management, preferably in infrastructure, mining, or related industries
• Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Experienced in handling land acquisition, community engagement, and social issue management is highly preferred
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to work under pressure and in dynamic field conditions
• High integrity, professional approach, and strong interpersonal skills
